FLOW is the reflection of our growing relationship with each other and how to find the common ground between our different identities. With each song, this album showcases an evolution in sound, shape and colour, from our Celtic roots to the modern metropolitan plugged-in society that we live in.

It’s been a long journey and we’ve grown with the songs. Some of the first iterations of these songs go back as far as 2018! It has been a real learning experience to figure out how to create an album. When we listen back to these songs we can hear our evolution as artists and how much we’ve grown. Only now can we really see how much more there is to explore.
